MT Newswires Live11-14

Navigator Global Investments (ASX:NGI) suspended the payment of dividends following the last dividend paid in September, after its board's review of its capital management strategy concluded that the best current use of its capital is to allocate the funds towards growth opportunities, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.

It added that the board would continue to regularly review its capital management strategy.

Its independent nonexecutive director, Roger Davis, assumed the role of Chair of the board, following the retirement of Michael Shepherd at the annual general meeting on Friday.

Its shares fell nearly 4% in recent trading on Friday.
