Siemens's Currency Headwinds Are Higher Than Expected -- Market Talk

Dow Jones11-13

1035 GMT - Siemens's anticipated foreign-exchange rate headwinds in fiscal 2026 are slightly higher than the market expected, J.P. Morgan analysts say in a research note. The German industrial company guides for EPS of between 10.40 and 11.00 euros, missing consensus estimates of 11.54 euros. The analysts aren't surprised to see shares fall, given the mixed nature of the results and recent strong share performance. Shares trade 4.8% lower at 238.35 euros. (nina.kienle@wsj.com)
