TD Cowen Bullish on Virgin Galactic's Launch Timeline -- Market Talk

Dow Jones11-15

1445 ET - It's unusual for a public company to consistently burn through cash with little revenue to show for it. But TD Cowen remains bullish about Virgin Galactic's ability to deliver on promises of substantial returns once it launches commercial spaceflights at the end of 2026, reiterating its buy rating after a narrowed third-quarter loss. "We like illustrative high margin opportunity, but this is illustrative vs. reality - so execution and proof points continue to matter," analysts said in a research note. Still, they said the company has hit key technical milestones, adding that potential revenue streams beyond commercial flights, like experiences and research work, show additional upside.
