Sichuan Biokin Pharmaceutical (SHA:688506) sought total credit support from the Bank of China (HKG:3988, SHA:601988) Sichuan branch for up to 8 billion yuan, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
Under their strategic cooperation agreement, the two parties will cooperate to improve foreign capital market operations, among others, the filing said.
