FSO Unit Arrives in Benin as Rex International Subsidiary Prepares for Drilling Campaign

A floating storage and offloading unit (FSO) unit arrived in Benin as Rex International's subsidiary, Akrake Petroleum, prepares to start a drilling campaign at the Seme Field, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Meanwhile, a mobile offshore production unit is scheduled to arrive by the end of November.

Despite delays due to technical reasons, the company is targeting to start production before the end of December.

Akrake is a subsidiary of Lime Petroleum, which is an 89.74% subsidiary of Rex.
