China Everbright (HKG:0165) completed the issue of 1.5 billion yuan of medium-term bonds on Monday, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Shares of the financial services firm were down 3% in Tuesday afternoon trading.
The bond has a base term of two years and a coupon rate of 2.17% per annum for the first two years.
The firm can extend the maturity of the bonds at the end of each term, with the coupon rate also being reset every two years.
The firm will use proceeds to repay its offshore bank loans.
