Aluminum Corp. of China (SHA:601600, HKG:2600) Vice General Manager Jiang Tao will reduce his shareholding by 57,500 A shares, according to a Monday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
Jiang currently holds 230,000 shares, equivalent to 0.0013% of the entire shareholding of the company, the filing said.
Shares fell 4% in Shanghai and 3% in Hong Kong during afternoon trading on Monday.
