Simon (SPG) said Tuesday it acquired retail center Phillips Place in the SouthPark neighborhood of Charlotte, North Carolina.
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Phillips Place is an open-air retail center known for its specialty retail and dining, Simon said.
