Saudi Aramco Signs 17 US MoUs, Agreements With US Companies

Saudi Aramco said Wednesday it has signed 17 memoranda of understanding and agreements worth potentially about $30 billion with US companies via its Aramco Group Companies.

The latest announcement expands on earlier commitments in May worth about $90 billion, the company said.

Aramco said the new investments coincide with the US-Saudi Investment Forum and build on its decades-long relationships with US companies.

Aramco said it signed LNG MoUs and agreements with MidOcean Energy and Commonwealth LNG. It also signed contracts and agreements with SLB (SLB), Baker Hughes (BKR), McDermott, Halliburton (HAL), NESR (NESR), KBR (KBR), Flowserve (FLS), NOV (NOV), Worley, Fluor (FLR), and Syensqo.

The oil company also said it signed asset management and investment agreements with Loomis Sayles, Blackstone (BX), PGIM and J.P. Morgan (JPM).
