China Merchants Land's (HKG:0978) chairman, Jiang Tiefeng, resigned effective Nov. 14 due to a change in work arrangements, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Shares of the property firm fell 2% in Monday afternoon trading.
The firm, on the same day, named Zhu Wenkai as its new chair.
Zhu is currently the chairman of China Merchants Shekou Industrial Zone (SHE:001979).
