Helios Technologies Chief Financial Officer Michael Connaway is departing after roughly a month on the job, and the company has named a successor.

Connaway, who joined on Oct. 13, has been separated but is not departing because of a disagreement with the hydraulics company, Helios said Monday.

Jeremy Evans will succeed Connaway. Evans joined the Sarasota, Fla., company in January 2024 and was promoted to chief accounting officer in September.

Evans has previously worked as vice president of accounting transformation at TD Synnex, formerly known as Tech Data.

Connaway succeeded Sean Bagan, who had been serving as chief executive and finance chief, but relinquished his CFO duties.
