0732 GMT - iQiyi is expected to return to revenue growth in 4Q after 3Q's decline, though profit could remain under pressure, Nomura analysts Rachel Guo and Jialong Shi say in a note. They forecast 2% on-year rise in 4Q total revenue, supported by content distribution and membership revenue growth following the release of a blockbuster series. Adjusted operating profit in 4Q is projected to drop 88% on year due to the termination of a high-margin business line and a not-yet-recovered ads business. Nomura cuts its 2025 and 2026 non-GAAP net profit forecasts by 70% and 17%, respectively, on lower margin assumptions. The bank maintains a neutral rating and $2.20 target price on the stock. The ADRs last closed at $2.24. (jason.chau@wsj.com)
