China Everbright Bank (HKG:6818, SHA:601818) said its board elected Wu Lijun as chairman and Cui Yong as vice chairman at the first meeting of its tenth board session, according to a Nov. 14 Hong Kong bourse filing.
Hong Kong-listed shares of the firm were up nearly 3% in Monday's midday trade.
The appointments took effect immediately upon board approval, the bank said.
