Guangzhou Baiyunshan Pharmaceutical's (SHA:600332, HKG:0874) unit, Guangzhou Baiyunshan Zhongyi Pharmaceutical, received the registration certificate from Vietnam's health ministry for its Angong Niuhuang Pills, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Thursday.
The traditional Chinese medicine is used to detoxify, to calm convulsions and to resuscitate consciousness.
The pharmaceutical company invested 32.8 million yuan in the research and development of the drug.
