Minmetals Capital (SHA:600390) plans to establish a joint venture company with Minmetals Real Estate Holdings, a subsidiary of its controlling shareholder, China Minmetals, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Thursday.
The joint venture will have a registered capital of 1 billion yuan.
Minmetals Capital will own 30% of the venture, while Minmetals Real Estate will hold 70% after investing a respective 300 million yuan and 700 million yuan into its capital.
