Datang International Power Generation (SHA:601991) issued 1.5 billion yuan of 86-day bonds with a coupon rate of 1.52%, according to a filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The company will use the proceeds to repay debt and for working capital, the filing said.
China Minsheng Bank acted as the lead underwriter and bookrunner, while China Everbright Bank served as the joint lead underwriter.
Shares of the power company were down 1% in recent trade.
