X.J. Electrics (HKG:2619) is proposing to change its English name to X.J. Electrics (Hu Bei) Group, alongside a change in its Chinese name, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The name change is subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals, according to the home appliances maker.
The firm believes the new name will better align with the firm's ongoing overseas expansion and boost competitiveness.
