** Shares of U.S. natural gas companies down, tracking a fall in natgas futures NGA/

** U.S. natural gas futures NGc1 down 2% at $4.27 per million British thermal unit

** Natural gas prices slip for a third straight session to their lowest in more than a week, pressured by forecasts for milder late-November weather that are expected to curb heating demand

** Shares of natgas companies: New Fortress Energy NFE.O down ~3%, Venture Global VG.N slips 2.6%, EQT Corp EQT.N dips 1.7% and Expand Energy EXE.O fall 1.2%

** NFE signs a forbearance agreement with representatives of the holders of its new senior secured notes due 2029

** ETF United States Natural Gas Fund UNG.P down 1.56% and ProShares Ultra Bloomberg Natural Gas BOIL.P falls 1.2%
