SAP (SAP) said Tuesday it expanded partnerships with Bleu, Capgemini and Mistral AI to support Europe's digital sovereignty by developing secure cloud and artificial intelligence infrastructure.

The collaborations, announced at the Summit on European Digital Sovereignty in Berlin, will combine SAP's enterprise software with France's AI ecosystem.

Bleu and Delos Cloud agreed to a mutual assistance commitment covering crisis and cyber incident response as part of a Franco-German effort to strengthen secure cloud capabilities.

SAP said its expanded partnership with Capgemini will focus on cybersecurity and AI-driven enterprise transformation for European public-sector and regulated industries.

With Mistral AI, SAP will offer a sovereign AI stack on SAP Business Technology Platform and co-develop industry AI applications, including integrating Mistral's models and studio tools into SAP's AI Foundation.

SAP added that it is investing more than 20 billion euros ($23.18 billion) in sovereign cloud and AI solutions across European data centers.
