Huatai Securities' (SHA:601688) indirect unit Huatai International Finance issued $80 million in medium-term notes under its existing $3 billion program.
Proceeds will be used for business development and working capital, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The notes issue increases the total outstanding guaranteed amount for the issuer to $1.02 billion.
