1024 GMT - H&M will repurchase up to 1 billion Swedish kronor of shares, a positive move following repurchases of between 1 billion and 3 billion kronor a year between 2022 and 2024, Kepler Cheuvreux analyst Erik Sandstedt writes. The program is relatively limited and corresponds to around 0.4% of the company's market capitalization, but will return capital to shareholders and adjust the company's capital structure, he says. "We believe that the share can slightly outperform the market today." The bank has a buy rating and 190 kronor target price on the stock. Shares fall 0.5% to 170.55 kronor. (dominic.chopping@wsj.com)
