Nanjing Business & Tourism (SHA:600250) said its controlling shareholder completed its restructuring, forming the new Nanjing Cultural Tourism Group.

The restructuring, led by the Nanjing SASAC, involved injecting assets from the cultural investment and sports industry groups into the former Nanjing Tourism Group, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.

Shares of the import and export trading service operator closed 2% lower Friday.
