SBI Holdings to Buy Back Up to 20 Million Shares

SBI Holdings (TYO:8473) will acquire up to 20 million shares for a total cost of up to 50 billion yen via the Tokyo Stock Exchange from Dec. 2, 2025, to March 31, 2026.

The company stated that the repurchased shares are intended for use in future strategic initiatives, such as share exchanges for capital and business alliances.

This plan follows a two-for-one stock split that is scheduled to take effect on Dec. 1, according to its Tokyo bourse filing on Friday.
