National Silicon Industry Group (SHA:688126) completed the acquisition of minority assets in three semiconductor companies, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The company acquired minority stakes in Xinsheng Jingtou Semiconductor Technology, Shanghai Xinsheng Jingke Semiconductor Technology, and Shanghai Xinsheng Jingrui Semiconductor Technology through share issuance and cash payments, the filing said.
Shares fell 3% during morning trading on Friday.
