Curtiss-Wright Ups Buyback Program by $416M

Curtiss-Wright's board increased its existing share repurchase authorization by $416 million.

The move boosts the total available authorization to $550 million, the aerospace and defense products company said Thursday.

The company said it has expanded its share repurchase program twice, by $200 million each time, since August. It expects its share repurchases to total $466 million in 2025.
