Will Semiconductor (SHA:603501), through a subsidiary, plans to subscribe 200 million yuan in a partnership fund that will fund companies manufacturing integrated circuits, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Friday.
Shanghai Yuanhe Puhua Private Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) will have a capital of 1.09 billion yuan.
The Chinese fabless semiconductor company, through Shaoxing Weihao Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership), will own 18.4% of the fund as a limited partner.
