Shareholders of X.J. Electrics (HKG:2619) will meet Dec. 12 to vote on the proposed change of its English name to X.J. Electrics (Hu Bei) Group, alongside a change in its Chinese name, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Shares of the home appliances maker were up 5% in Tuesday afternoon trading.
