Star Plus Legend (HKG:6683) completed the previously announced sale of 75 million shares for HK$369.3 million in net proceeds, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Thursday.
Shares of the new retail business and intellectual property company gained nearly 2% in late morning trade Friday.
The proceeds will be used mainly for hosting concerts and exhibitions with international artists, developing celebrity IP and related content, R&D for food and beverage products, and working capital.
