** Investment property manager logs 1HY26 profit after income tax of NZ$42.6 million ($23.94 million), up by NZ$24.2 million compared to last year

** More than 680,000 shares change hands vs 30-day avg volume of around 533,000 shares

** Stock up 8.4% YTD, including the day's moves
