Concord Control Systems Gets Board Nod for INR501 Million Preferential Issue

Concord Control Systems (BOM:543619) said its board has approved a preferential issue of up to 238,500 equity shares at 2,100 each, aiming to raise about 500.9 million Indian rupees, according to an Indian bourse filing on Friday.

The issue is subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals, the filing.

The issue has drawn interest from existing investors, including Ashish Rameshchandra Kacholia and the Sanshi Fund group, along with new investor Sage One Flagship Growth Fund, the company said in the filing.

The company plans to utilize funds to support expansion plans, technology investments, and increased production capacity to meet rising demand.
