Uvre (ASX, UVA, NZE:UVA) said it will be changing its name to Minerals Exploration, and its ticker code will change to MEX, conditional on approval of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, according to a Friday New Zealand bourse filing.
The company said that the potential effective date for the change is anticipated to be either Dec. 3 or Dec. 4.
