Guangdong Songfa Ceramics Wins Eastern Pacific Shipping Orders Worth Up to $1.6 Billion

Guangdong Songfa Ceramics (SHA:603268) said shipbuilding arm Hengli Shipbuilding secured vessel construction orders worth between $1.1 billion and $1.6 billion from Eastern Pacific Shipping.

The contracts cover six very large crude carriers, two liquefied natural gas dual-fuel crude carriers and four 6,000-twenty-foot equivalent unit container ships, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.

Deliveries are scheduled from late 2027 through 2028.

Shares of the company closed 5% higher Friday.
