Spark New Zealand (ASX:SPK, NZE:SPK) said its unit Spark Finance extended the term of its NZ$125 million committed revolving sustainability-linked loan facility with MUFG Bank by a year to Nov. 30, 2026, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.
Proceeds from the facility will be used for general corporate purposes, the filing said.
Shares of the company fell 1% in recent Thursday trade in Australia.
