Newborn Town's Trustee Buys Back Over 2 Million Shares Under Incentive Scheme

Newborn Town's (HKG:9911) trustee, Three D Partners, bought back nearly 2.1 million shares for HK$19.4 million under a restricted share unit award scheme, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Shares of the internet marketing company were up nearly 2% in Thursday afternoon trading.

The shares, repurchased between Nov. 20 and Nov. 26, represent 0.15% of the firm's issued shares.

Three D Partners now holds over 86 million shares of the company.
