Yongan Futures' (SHA:600927) UK-based subsidiary, Yongan International Financial (UK), completed registration procedures and obtained its certificate of incorporation as a private limited company, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The proposal to set up the UK unit was approved in April.
