Sunny Loan Top (SHA:600830) subsidiary Xiangying Jinlian will renew a non-amount daily procurement contract with related party Shanghai Haiyan Logistics, pending shareholder approval.
The deal expands purchases beyond liquor to tea and other consumer goods as the company strengthens its trade segment and adjusts its product mix, according to a filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
Since 2023 and as of end-September, Shanghai Haiyan Logistics has supplied the company 137 million yuan in goods.
