China's Hengli receives crude import quota for 2026, sources say

SINGAPORE, Nov 27 (Reuters) - China's Hengli Petrochemical has received its first small batch of crude import quota for 2026, a company official and a trade source said on Thursday.

The private refiner received a quota to import 2 million metric tons (40,000 barrels per day) of crude, they said.

Beijing is expected to dispatch a larger batch of crude import quota to Hengli early next year, the company official said.
