Compass Diversified Holdings (CODI) disclosed late Wednesday plans for a conference call to discuss the restatement of financial results for fiscal years 2022, 2023, and 2024 on Dec. 4.
The planned call will also discuss the unaudited financial information for each of the interim periods included within those years, according to a company statement.
Shares of the company surged nearly 10% in premarket activity on Friday.
