Upwork (UPWK) will be added to the S&P SmallCap 600 index on Nov. 28, S&P Dow Jones Indices said late Monday.
Upwork will replace Premier (PINC), which is set to be acquired by Patient Square Capital in a deal expected to close Nov. 25, according to the statement.
Upwork share were up more than 8% in recent Tuesday trading.
