0445 GMT - China Resources Land's commercial business is poised for faster expansion over 2026-2030, UOB Kay Hian's Liu Jieqi and Damon Shen say in a note. As the Chinese property company's strength lies in identifying emerging consumer trends and brands, Beijing's upcoming five-year plan will likely be an opportunity for CR Land to scale its commercial business through same-store sales growth, disciplined investment and accelerated asset-light expansion, they add. However, the analysts lower their 2025-2027 earnings estimates by 2.4%-5.3% partly due to property sales revenue likely being weighed by a cooling market. UOB KH raises its target price to HK$37.51 from HK$34.10 and maintains a buy rating. Shares trade 0.7% higher at HK$30.66. (megan.cheah@wsj.com)
