LB, Do-Flouride, ZYNP to Buy Partnership Interests in Henan Aerospace Industry Fund

Three companies will acquire partnership interests in the Henan Aerospace Industry Fund (Limited Partnership) from Jiaozuo Tongcai Innovation and Entrepreneurship Investment Fund (Limited Partnership) for a nominal price of 0 yuan, according to Tuesday filings on the Shenzhen bourse.

LB Group (SHE:002601) proposed to acquire 100 million yuan worth of the fund's subscribed capital, while Do-Fluoride New Materials (SHE:002407) and ZYNP (SHE:002448) plan to buy 60 million yuan and 50 million yuan worth, respectively, of the capital.

The three companies will become limited partners of the fund after the transaction.

LB's shares rose 1%, Do-Flouride's shares jumped less than 6%, ZYNP's shares climbed over 2% during the afternoon trade.
