Shanghai Aiyingshi (SHA:603214) fully acquired 30% of the equity of Hubei Yongyi Nursing Products after the maternal and infant product manufacturer completed business registration, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
Aiyingshi purchased Yongyi for 19 million yuan from Aiyingshi Chairman and President Shi Qiong.
