Rising Nonferrous Metals (SHA:600259) said its subsidiary, Shaoguan Shirenzhang Mining, will apply to a court for a bankruptcy reorganization, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Tuesday.
The tungsten ore miner is facing insolvency as it has been operating under continuous losses, the rare earth processor said.
The company's shares fell by over 2% during the afternoon trade.
