MetaX Integrated Circuits (Shanghai) (SHA:688802) launched its initial public offering on the Shanghai bourse, seeking to offer up to 40.1 million shares, according to a prospectus filed Thursday.
The graphics processing unit chip manufacturer's IPO shares will constitute 10.02% of the company's entire shareholding following the offer.
Upon completion of the IPO, MetaX's share capital will rise to 400.1 million shares.
Huatai United Securities is the sponsor and lead underwriter of the offering.
