** Chinese sportswear firms Anta Sports Products <2020.HK> and Li Ning <2331.HK> are among those exploring a potential takeover of struggling German sportswear brand Puma <PUMG.DE>, a source with knowledge of the matter said on Thursday.

** German stock exchange operator Deutsche Boerse AG <DB1Gn.DE> said on Thursday it is in exclusive talks with Allfunds <ALLFG.AS> over an acquisition of the European fund trading platform.

** Piraeus Bank S.A. has completed its acquisition of all Ethniki Holdings S.à.r.l. shares for 600 million euros ($695.1 million) in cash, the bank announced on Thursday.'

** UniCredit <CRDI.MI> bought a stake in Generali <GASI.MI> as a "financial investment" but it is also open to considering working together with Italy's biggest insurer, Chief Executive Andrea Orcel said.

** Naver Financial, a unit of South Korean internet giant Naver <035420.KS>, has agreed to acquire Dunamu, an operator of the country's largest cryptocurrency exchange Upbit, in an all-stock deal valued at 15.13 trillion won ($10.27 billion).
