WTW (WTW) is in discussions to acquire NatWest's (NWG) 85% stake in its Cushon employee retirement platform business, Sky News reported Friday, without citing sources.

No potential financial terms were reported.

WTW is the favorite among several companies to bid on the business, the report said.

Cushon manages 3.7 billion UK pounds ($4.89 billion) in assets for 650,000 customers, Sky News reported, citing figures provided by NatWest.

NatWest and WTW did not immediately reply to MT Newswires' request for comment.
