Shake Shack CFO Katherine Fogertey to Resign; Q4, Full-Year Revenue Guidance Reiterated

Shake Shack (SHAK) said Tuesday that the company's chief financial officer, Katherine Fogertey, is stepping down from the role effective March 4.

The company said it is establishing an Office of the CFO, composed of a team of experienced leaders across financial planning, accounting, treasury, data science and investor relations, to provide stability while it searches for a new CFO.

Additionally, Shake Shack said it is reiterating its Q4 total revenue guidance of $406 million to $412 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $410.5 million.

The company is also reiterating its full-year 2025 total revenue guidance of $1.45 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $1.45 billion.
