RNBC New Energy (SHE:301667) is looking to offer up to 27.9 million shares in an initial public offering on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, according to a prospectus filed Thursday.
The number of shares on offer will constitute 25% of the entire shareholding of the solar energy products company following the IPO.
After the IPO, the total share capital will rise to about 111.7 million shares.
Zheshang Securities (SHA:601878) is the sponsor and lead underwriter of the offering.
