Amazon's Satellite Internet Service Starts Select Customer Previews Ahead of Wider Commercial Launch

Amazon's (AMZN) satellite internet service, Amazon Leo, said Monday it is launching a new preview program for select enterprise customers, ahead of a wider commercial rollout next year.

Amazon Leo, formerly Project Kuiper, said it is also shipping units of Leo Pro and Leo Ultra terminals as part of this new enterprise preview to select companies and sharing new details on its hardware, services, and capabilities.

Additionally, Amazon Leo said it has signed agreements with customers including JetBlue Airways (JBLU), Hunt Energy Network, and Connected Farms, among others.

Shares of Amazon were up over 1% in recent Monday trading.
