Nukkleus Reports Closing of SC II's IPO

Nukkleus (NUKK) said Friday that special purpose acquisition company SC II Acquisition Corp. has closed its initial public offering.

SC II raised gross proceeds of $172.5 million in the IPO via the sale of its units, including the exercise in full by underwriters of an option to buy up to an additional $22.5 million of units to cover overallotments, at an offering price of $10 per unit, Nukkleus said.

Nukkleus said it is the majority owner of SC II's sponsor.

SC II units are listed on Nasdaq under the ticker SCIIU.
